The problem is that if you start with a low submission rate, you are submitting good records on top of bad records in PIC. Until you clean up the “mess” from the past, even the good 50058s you are creating today may be rejected by PIC.

Here’s How It Works

First, we analyze the 50058 data in your software system and in PIC. Then we determine what records you need to submit to PIC that will correct the errors and get you above 95%. A 95% submission rate is easily achieved with one cleanup procedure.

We offer two ways to get there. In each case, we analyze your data and identify the specific 50058 errors that are keeping you from achieving 100%. We also document the specific solution to correct each record error. Then you decide whether you want your staff to create the required correction records in your software system, or have one of our PIC Specialists create those records for you. We refer to this as PIC Cleanup with or without “record creation.” In either case, we continually analyze the 50058 data in PIC and work with your agency until we have achieved our goal.
