PIC Monitor Details

PIC Monitor is a monthly service provided by Tenmast Software. It is available to any Housing Authority, regardless of your software system.

Once each month, between the 10th of the month and the 25th of the month, you will provide Tenmast with a current list of households under lease in each of the programs you’ve selected for the service (Public Housing and/or Section 8 HCV). Tenmast will then retrieve and analyze your 50058 data in PIC. *

The result of the analysis will be a calculation of your current PIC submission rate and the identity of the 50058 errors that prevent you from achieving 100% submission rate. Within three business days of receipt of the list of current households under lease, Tenmast will transmit to you via e-mail or Web a detailed report that lists the 50058 errors identified in the analysis, as well as instructions on how to correct those errors.

* When you sign up for the service, your agency will set up a PIC user name and password for Tenmast to use when retrieving your 50058 data from PIC.
